1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any feature of the bgd3 platform at bgd3.bar, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with bgd3's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the bgd3 platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and bgd3 regarding your use of the platform. bgd3 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on bgd3 you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• •You must be at least 21 years of age. bgd3 operates a strict 21+ policy and reserves the right to request age verification documents from any player at any time.
• •You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of any corporation, trust, or other legal entity. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• •You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• •You must hold only one bgd3 account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• •You must not be a current employee of bgd3 or an immediate family member of a bgd3 employee. Employees and their immediate families are not eligible to hold player accounts.

bgd3 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification checks on any account at any time, including requests for government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold exactly one bgd3 account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number, which serves as your primary account identifier. bgd3 reserves the right to decline any registration at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

Your Account Responsibilities

• •You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bgd3 account password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your bgd3 account, whether or not you authorised that activity. bgd3 will not be liable for loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.
• •You must notify bgd3 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person or your credentials have been compromised.
• •You must keep your registered contact details current and accurate at all times. bgd3 will use your registered phone number for account verification and communication purposes.

Account Inactivity

An account with no login activity for 180 consecutive days is considered inactive. bgd3 reserves the right to apply the following measures to inactive accounts:

• •A monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳50 may be deducted from the account balance. No fee is charged once the balance reaches zero.
• •Expired bonus balances, unused free spins, and pending bonus amounts will be removed from the account.
• •bgd3 will send a notification to the registered phone number before applying inactivity measures. Reactivation is possible by logging in and completing a deposit of ৳100 or more.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bgd3 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bgd3 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposit Rules

• •The minimum deposit is ৳100 per transaction. There is no stated maximum single deposit limit, but bgd3 may implement account-level deposit limits under responsible gaming policies.
• •Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your bgd3 wallet instantly upon payment provider confirmation. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take up to 15 minutes.
• •bgd3 only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in the same name as the bgd3 account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be reversed with potential account suspension.
• •bgd3 does not charge fees on standard deposits via local Bangladesh payment methods. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges outside bgd3's control.

Withdrawal Rules

• •The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below ৳500 will not be processed.
• •Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the bgd3 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• •Standard withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. bgd3 processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Processing times may extend during high demand or pending KYC review periods.
• •bgd3 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, including withdrawals over ৳10,000 or from accounts that have not previously completed full verification.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bgd3 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new registrations, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotional campaigns tied to BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms plus any specific terms published with the individual promotion:

• •All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• •Bonuses are credited as bonus funds in Bangladeshi Taka, not as withdrawable real-money cash. Bonus funds and winnings from bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• •bgd3 may withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn before a player meets the wagering requirement, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• •Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Players who register multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all associated accounts suspended and balances forfeited.
• •bgd3 may exclude any player from a specific promotion if there is reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse, matched betting, or any other form of promotional exploitation.
• •Free spins are valid only on the game or games stated in the promotion. Unused free spins expire at the end of the validity period stated in the promotion terms.

bgd3 reserves the right to amend the terms of any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a material change is made to an active promotion, affected players will be notified via their registered contact details.

6. Gameplay and Fair Play

All games on bgd3 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined independently of bgd3 and cannot be influenced by bgd3 or any player. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

• •Where a discrepancy exists between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on bgd3's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and prevailing record in all disputes.
• •bgd3 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of a technical fault, software error, or data transmission failure that materially affected the outcome. In such cases the stake on the affected round will be returned to the player's account.
• •Players must not use any software, bot, script, automated tool, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game. Use of automated play tools on live casino tables is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• •Sports and cricket betting markets on bgd3 are subject to separate sports betting rules published on the platform. Where general Terms and Conditions conflict with sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules apply to that market.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bgd3. bgd3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated bets and results, and forfeit all account balances:

• •Fraudulent activity of any kind, including use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund a bgd3 account.
• •Money laundering or any attempt to use bgd3 to convert, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• •Collusion between two or more players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping or multi-accounting in tournaments.
• •Use of any software exploit, glitch, or undocumented platform feature to gain credits, bonuses, or any advantage not intended by bgd3.
• •Systematic bonus abuse, including use of multiple accounts, shared devices, or shared IP addresses designed to claim multiple welcome bonuses or exploit promotional terms.
• •Threatening, harassing, or abusing bgd3 staff or other players through any communication channel including live chat, email, or social media.

bgd3 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where there is evidence of criminal activity associated with a bgd3 account, bgd3 will report that activity and provide all relevant account information to the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

bgd3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

• •Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete KYC verification.
• •bgd3 having reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes.
• •A player requesting self-exclusion via bgd3's responsible gaming tools or directly through bgd3 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen by the player.
• •bgd3 exercising its right to withdraw services from a specific player for commercial reasons. In such cases bgd3 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in the account via the player's registered payment method, less any applicable deductions.

9. Responsible Gaming

bgd3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. bgd3 provides the following tools to all registered players to help manage their gaming activity: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through your account settings at any time. bgd3 strongly recommends that all players make use of these tools to maintain a safe and enjoyable gaming experience.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bgd3 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the bgd3 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, even if bgd3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bgd3's total cumulative liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes bgd3's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

bgd3 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where bgd3 considers a change material, bgd3 will use reasonable efforts to notify affected players via their registered contact details or via a prominent notice on the bgd3 platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of bgd3 after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
